Report a Problem

Include the app version from Settings, your device and iOS version, deal number, difficulty, deal type, and the steps that caused the problem. A screenshot is useful when it contains no private information. Never send passwords or payment details. Beta testers can also send feedback through TestFlight.

Why Can I Not Move a Stack?

You can place a card on another card one rank higher, regardless of suit. To move a group together, every card in it must be face-up, consecutive in descending rank, and the same suit. For example, a 7 of hearts can go on an 8 of spades, but that mixed-suit pair cannot move together as a group.

Any valid card or same-suit descending stack can fill an empty column. Complete a same-suit run from King to Ace to remove it from the board. Complete all eight runs to win.

Why Is the Stock Blocked?

Fill all empty columns first. Each stock deal adds one face-up card to every column, with five deals and no redeal.

Winnable Deals and Hints

A winnable opening is checked against a complete legal solution. Your choices can still block that solution. Hints and suggested-move autoplay do not guarantee a win.

Daily and Numbered Deals

Daily challenges change at midnight UTC and use Winnable deals. To reproduce an opening, match the deal number, difficulty, and Random or Winnable type within the same app version. Open Deal Details in the game menu to find your deal information.

Saved Games and Sound

Progress stays on-device. Your saved game opens automatically. Use the game menu to restart the original deal, begin a new game, or open Settings. Deleting the app removes local progress. Adjust music and effects in Settings; audio respects iPhone silent mode.
