Labb Innovations, Inc. provides Spider Solitaire by Labb, a free offline game for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains information processed by the app, when you contact us, and when you test a beta through Apple TestFlight.
Your Game Stays on Your Device
Saved games, undo history, preferences, and statistics are stored locally. The app does not transmit them to Labb Innovations and does not operate cloud synchronization. Device backups may include local data according to your Apple settings.
No Tracking or Advertising
The app has no ads, tracking, analytics SDK, account registration, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. It does not request contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photos. We do not sell gameplay data or use it for targeted advertising.
Apple's separate TestFlight beta diagnostics are described below.
Your Choices
Reset statistics in Statistics and preferences in Settings. Deleting the app removes local data; restoring a device backup may restore it. We cannot retrieve or delete local game data remotely because it is not sent to us.
Support and External Links
If you email us, we process information you provide, such as your email address, message, and troubleshooting details, to respond and resolve your request. Do not send passwords or payment information. Support email and our website are separate from offline gameplay and may process ordinary email or web connection information through their service providers.
Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. To ask about or request deletion of support correspondence, email info@labb-innovations.com. Your location's laws may provide additional rights concerning personal information; contact us to exercise them.
Apple Services and TestFlight
Apple handles App Store downloads, device backups, and App Store diagnostic sharing through its own services and privacy settings. This policy does not replace Apple's privacy policy.
For TestFlight beta versions, Apple automatically collects crash logs and usage information and shares them with us. Apple also shares feedback you submit. This may include your name, invitation email, device and OS details, installs, sessions, screenshots, and comments. TestFlight diagnostics cannot be opted out of while participating in the beta.
We use beta diagnostics and feedback to investigate issues and improve the app, retaining them as needed for those purposes. Contact us about access or deletion. See TestFlight & Privacy for Apple's collection and retention practices.
Children
The app does not require personal information from players of any age. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information through support can contact us to request review and deletion where applicable.
