Labb Innovations Inc ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Home Decorator AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

• Photos: When you use our AI functionality, you may upload photos of your space. These photos are stored on our servers to provide the home decoration services.
• User-Generated Content: Any modifications, designs, or decorations you create using our App.

We automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• Device type, model, and operating system version
• App version and usage statistics
• Crash reports and error logs
• General location information (city/region level) for debugging purposes
• App and device identifiers, including the advertising identifier only when you authorize tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt
• App installation and app-open events used to measure our advertising

3.3 Advertising Measurement

We use Meta's SDK to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to app installs and app opens. Meta receives these events and technical app and device information. When you allow tracking, this can include your device's advertising identifier and enable Meta to associate events with information from other apps or websites for advertising measurement. When you decline or tracking is restricted, we disable advertising-identifier collection; eligible install and app-open events may still be sent through Meta's restricted measurement path. We do not describe this technical information as anonymous.

Our Meta integration does not send room photos, generated designs, names, email addresses, or account identifiers to Meta. Automatic purchase-event logging is disabled.

• Photos: Photos you upload are stored until you delete your account or for a maximum of 100 years, whichever comes first
• Technical Data: Device and crash information is retained only as long as necessary for debugging and app improvement purposes. Advertising-measurement events sent to Meta are subject to Meta's retention practices described in its Privacy Policy.

You can revoke these permissions through your device settings at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers.
