Car Facts and Auto Trivia is provided by Labb Innovations, Inc. (“Labb Innovations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how the current version of the Car Facts and Auto Trivia iOS app (the “App”) handles information.

Summary

The App does not collect, sell, share, or track personal data. It does not require an account or sign-in, and it does not include advertising or analytics SDKs that collect data for Labb Innovations in the current version.

Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores certain information locally on your device so that its features work as expected. This can include your onboarding status, favorite facts saved in Garage, recently viewed facts, widget preferences, and notification preferences. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to Labb Innovations by the current version of the App.

Notifications

If you choose to enable fact notifications, the App requests permission from iOS and schedules notifications locally on your device. Labb Innovations does not receive notification content, device tokens, or notification interaction data from this feature.

Purchases

Version 1.0 of the App is fully unlocked and does not offer in-app purchases. If a future version offers purchases, payment processing will be handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy practices, and we will update this policy before changing our data practices.

Links to Other Websites

The App may link to third-party websites for fact sources, photography credits, or licenses. When you open a third-party link, that site’s privacy policy and terms apply. Labb Innovations does not control those websites or their data practices.

Children’s Privacy

Because the App does not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
